Twilio could not transcribe the audio because the media duration is shorter than the required minimum of 2 seconds. The transcription is marked as failed.

• The audio file contains no audio content.
• The recording is shorter than 2 seconds.

• Confirm that the media file contains at least 2 seconds of audible content before submitting it for transcription.

• Transcribe a Twilio Recording
