Twilio failed to transcribe audio because the media file is corrupted and cannot be decoded. The transcription has been marked as failed.

• The file was corrupted during transfer.
• The upload was incomplete.
• The file has an encoding error.

• Verify that the media file is not corrupted, or provide a different source recording.
