17560: Media size exceeds maximum (3 GiB)

Twilio failed to transcribe audio because the file exceeds the maximum allowed size of 3 GiB. The transcription has been marked as failed.

• The recording is extremely long.
• The recording is stored in an uncompressed format (for example, WAV), which increases file size.

• Compress the audio by using a format such as MP3 or FLAC.
• Split the audio into several shorter files, each smaller than 3 GiB.
