17584: Status callback redirect limit exceeded

Twilio attempted to deliver a transcription status event, but the callback URL exceeded the maximum number of HTTP redirects. The transcription was created successfully, but Twilio couldn't deliver the status notification.

• The callback URL redirects in a loop.
• An HTTP-to-HTTPS redirect chain adds more hops than are permitted.
• A load balancer redirects to a URL that redirects back.

• Configure the final destination URL directly in the transcription configuration and remove the intermediate redirects.
