Possible Causes

The Verification request was received but failed during processing due to an error during the Silent Network Auth process.

Possible Solutions

  • Check that the mobile client is using a mobile data connection to invoke the SNA URL, not WiFi.
  • Retry Verification using a channel other than Silent Network Auth for this end user.
