This error occurs when a Branded Comms KYC workflow cannot communicate with the Regulatory Compliance API that supports Twilio regulatory compliance data and review workflows.
- Communication between the Branded Comms KYC flow and the Regulatory Compliance API failed.
- A dependent Twilio regulatory service did not complete the request while processing compliance data such as regulatory bundles, end users, or supporting documents.
- Retry the operation after a short wait. This error can be temporary when a dependent regulatory service communication fails.
- If the error continues, contact Support for investigation. Include the failure timestamp and the related identifiers from the affected workflow, such as a
BrandRegistrationSID or Bundle SID, so the request can be traced more quickly. The Brand registration APIs expose these identifiers, and Twilio's troubleshooting guidance recommends contacting Support when connection issues persist.
