• The phone number is assigned to an active or in-review Branded Calling registration.
• The phone number is being unassigned or deleted from the account, Business Profile, or Voice Integrity instance before being removed from Branded Calling.

• In the Branded Calling bundle, unassign the phone number in Console or delete its ChannelEndpointAssignment with the Trust Products API.
• After the Branded Calling assignment is removed, retry removing the phone number from the linked profile or Voice Integrity instance.
