Recipient blocked to receive message

For WhatsApp, messages sent to numbers which have blocked the WhatsApp Sender will not error. These messages will have a "sent" delivery status indefinitely. Old versions of the WhatsApp Business API that are no longer used today would return an error, but WhatsApp has since removed this functionality to protect user privacy.
