This error occurs when the Authorized Representative phone number in the linked Business Profile is not a valid United States phone number. For Voice Integrity registration, the linked profile must include an authorized representative with a valid US phone number, and the phone number field for an authorized representative must be provided in E.164 format.

Possible causes

  • The Authorized Representative phone number does not begin with +1.
  • The phone number is incomplete, contains invalid characters, or is not formatted in E.164.
  • The wrong contact number was entered for the authorized representative in the linked Customer Profile or Business Profile.
  • Update the linked profile with an Authorized Representative phone number that begins with +1.
  • Enter the phone number in E.164 format, for example +14155552671.
  • Review the Authorized Representative details in Trust Hub, correct the phone number, and resubmit the profile if it was rejected during vetting.
  • If you are registering for Voice Integrity, confirm that the linked Business Profile also meets the other required prerequisites, including a valid US business address and a secure website URL that uses https://.
