60252: Templates are invalid

Twilio Verify could not generate a message from the provided templates. This occurs when all supplied template candidates fail validation, such as when a template is unapproved or missing required substitutions

HTTP status: 400

• The provided template candidates failed validation (e.g., due to rendering issues).
• One or more template candidates are unapproved
• One or more candidates are missing required substitutions.
• A template candidate does not support the requested delivery channel.
• A template candidate contains invalid content for its template type.

• Review each template candidate to confirm that it is approved.
• Provide all required substitution values for every template candidate.
• Use only template candidates compatible with the requested delivery channel.
• Check that the translation content matches the template type for each candidate.
• Remove or replace any invalid template candidates before retrying the verification.

• Selected template translation is not approved
• Missing substitutions for selected template
• The selected channel for template is not supported
• Template was not found
• Translation content is invalid for this template type
