63054: Template unavailable for use

ERROR
This error appears when Twilio cannot use the selected template for the current WhatsApp Business account. Confirm that the account is eligible for MM Lite and that onboarding is complete before you try again.
- The template is currently unavailable for use on the sending account.
- The WhatsApp Business account is not eligible for MM Lite or has not completed onboarding.
- Check the account's MM Lite eligibility and complete onboarding in Meta Business Manager before sending the template again.
- If the template is still unavailable after onboarding, contact Meta customer support to review access.
- Review the template status in the Content Template Builder and make sure it is approved and ready to send.
