This is my first foray into Twilio. Dialing a Twilio phone number provides up-to-date road conditions for the Toronto area.
The problem this project solves is: If you have ever lived in Toronto in the winter you'll understand why this app is handy. And it solves it by: The app pulls traffic information from the Ministry of Transportation's traveler's road information portal and formats it into TwiML for consumption by Twilio's servers.
