Pre-Release Features - End User Guide

This Twilio product is currently available as a Public Beta release. Some features are not yet implemented and others may be changed before the product is declared as Generally Available. Beta products are not covered by a Twilio SLA. Learn more about beta product support.
With the Pre-Release Features Page, you can access features on Flex that are currently in a pilot or beta stage. These features may still be under development to address scalability, edge case handling, and reliability.
You can opt-in to test new features, plan your future development based on upcoming releases, and help shape the direction of the product by providing feedback on the features that are still in development.

Navigate to the 'Admin' panel, which is the top tile on your sidebar. You must be logged into Flex as a user with the
adminrole.
- Click on the "Pre-Release Features" tile at the bottom of the page.
- The Pre-Release Features Page shows a list of the features in Flex that are currently offered as a pilot or a beta feature . Each item has a feature toggle that you can use to enable or disable the feature. If a documentation link is provided, you can learn how your users may interact with the feature or how your developers can customize the experience.

If the feature changes the agent, supervisor, or admin experience within the UI, then each user must refresh the page to adopt the changes.
