The problem this project solves is: Creativity in interviewing. Many jobs have so many applicants that it is difficult to stand out, and to get an interview, it is important to show how you are different. And it solves it by: Using an audio resume--something that most recruiters don't see every day--shows the hiring manager that you are thinking outside the box.
