The problem this project solves is: Keeping track and answering phone support requests is hard and call centers can be very expensive. Although there are many support systems based on text, voice is still the most used way for customers to reach companies. Talkdesk intends to replace all the expensive and complex systems that companies now use for phone support and allow for web companies to reach the full potential of the phone. Moreover, having real-time detailed information about a customer can improve the quality of the support provided by the agent. And it solves it by: Twilio client allowed us to create a cloud hosted web based call center, which can be used by any company without requiring the need of buying expensive phone systems.
