Talkdesk allows any company to have multiple agents anywhere in the world answering support calls by using the browser. Talkdesk integrates with different systems, such as Salesforce, Chargify, Highrise, ZenDesk and SnapEngage and It gathers all the information about the user in a simple to use interface. The agent has access to call transcriptions, records, customer information, tickets created in other systems and subscription information.
