Voice Insights for Twilio Client (Beta)

Programmable Voice Insights API provides call quality analytics for Twilio Client calls. You can react to call quality events both in your Twilio Client JavaScript code, and retrieve historical call quality data via REST API. Voice Insights customers can also access advanced visualizations and reporting directly within the Twilio Console.

REST API data is available for Twilio Client calls made using JS 1.3 or 1.4 SDK within last 30 days. The REST API provides information on state-change events, network metrics, audio levels, and meta-data on the environment in which the call was made. This data is available for each call, and aggregated reports can be grouped by various aspects for your primary account or subaccounts.
