CNAM

With CNAM you can display a business name on outbound calls to US landlines. Caller ID Name (CNAM) registration is a free way to help boost your call pickup rates. Once approved, your chosen display name can appear on customers' landlines and mobile phones for U.S. local and toll-free numbers.

To create a registration for CNAM:

1. Navigate to Products & Services > Trust Hub > Registrations.
2. Select the CNAM tab on the Registrations page.
3. Click Create registration.
4. Provide basic information about your CNAM registration:
   • Registration-friendly name
   • Your compliance profile
