Regulatory compliance
Register your phone numbers, messaging, and voice use cases to meet applicable regulatory requirements outside of Canada and the United States.
To create a registration for a regulatory compliance program:
- Navigate to Products & services > Trust Hub > Registrations.
- Select the Regulatory Compliance tab on the Registrations page.
- Click Create registration.
- Provide details about the number and its intended use, including :
- Where are the customers you want to communicate with?
- What type of phone number are you registering?.
- Who will this number be registered to: an individual or a business?
- Are you a direct customer or an Independent Software Vendor (ISV), reseller, partner?
- If you're an ISV, will you assign this number to your end customers?
