Explore common workflows in the new Twilio console.
Learn how to buy a phone number, trial new products, or use Twilio products outside of the Twilio Console.
To buy a phone number in the new Twilio console, go to the new Numbers & Senders tab (Products & services > Numbers and senders) and click Set up a new phone number.
After you've set up a phone number, you might need to complete additional compliance steps before you can purchase it or use it.
To learn more about phone numbers, see the Numbers & Senders documentation.
Twilio offers two ways for you to try new products:
- A 30-day free trial that lets you try multiple products
- Product-specific trials for upgraded accounts
To learn more about Twilio's trial experience, including the products you can try, trial restrictions, and post-upgrade free trial units, see the Twilio trial account documentation.
To switch to Twilio products that are not in the Twilio Console, like Twilio Segment or Twilio SendGrid:
- From the home page in the Twilio console, click the Twilio dropdown next to the user icon.
- Select the Twilio product you'd like to open from the list of available products. The console for that product opens in a new tab.
If you've opted to link your Twilio and Segment or Twilio and SendGrid credentials using Twilio Unified Login, you'll automatically be signed in to Segment or SendGrid.
If you have separate credentials for Twilio and Segment or Twilio and SendGrid, Twilio redirects you to the sign in page for your service.
