Welcome to the new Twilio console
The new Twilio console acts as a hub for all of your communication channels, sender compliance documentation, and billing. With smart recommendations, centralized compliance and brand information, and a simplified billing and account model, you can scale multi-channel experiences with less friction.

We can't wait to see what you build!
We've redesigned the user interface of our console to make your workflows more accessible.
On the home page, you'll now see a messaging health score summary, which provides an overview of your messaging activity and performance over the last seven days. You'll also see trial usage and recommendations about products or services you might find helpful.
We also reorganized the side navigation into new categories that make it easier to find the channels, products, and tools you need. To make your pages easier to browse, we've reduced the depth of the menus and turned some of the deep-level items into tabbed pages.
Each product's navigation structure is now more consistent, and contains settings, insights, and logs in one central place.
Twilio also updated the in-app search experience: search now shows search results with their place in the navigation structure, making it easier to select the right page in the console or our documentation.

Trust Hub is the home for managing telecom compliance across all of your communication channels. You can oversee your profiles, registrations, and essential documentation in one place to stay organized and meet regulatory requirements.
Unified sender onboarding is a centralized checklist experience designed to simplify the complex process of selecting, purchasing, and configuring additional senders into a single, repeatable workflow. By unifying sender recommendations, compliance registration, and technical configuration into a single workflow, you can reuse brand and user information across multiple conversation channels and gain compliance with new conversation channels more quickly.
Workbench is a developer hub built into the Twilio Console that gives users access to tools and insights they need most without having to leave their current workflow. Located at the bottom of the new Console interface, Workbench currently includes three primary tabs:
- Overview: Provides quick access to a user's Account SID, Auth Tokens, and frequently used Console destinations.
- Debugger: Investigate application errors and warnings.
- Alarms: Monitor the health of a Twilio-powered application.
Twilio Console Assistant (public beta) is a natural language AI tool designed to help you navigate the console and perform basic troubleshooting using Twilio's public documentation and help center articles. Twilio Console Assistant brings the existing Help Center Assistant functionality into the Twilio console, letting you troubleshoot directly from the console.
Twilio's new billing experience consolidates billing and usage information from all of your products and services in one central location, supports additional currencies, and lets you add funds to your account when it gets below a set threshold.
