With Voice Insights for Carrier/SIP calls, you can see the network metrics, and SIP events for each call connected to Twilio. Insights for Carriers/SIP also provides performance metrics such as who hung up the call and connect time along with the carrier name. Carrier/SIP Insights data is available for 30 days after enabling Insights. The data is available to view in Twilio Console. REST APIs will be available soon.
