How to Find a BU SID or an AD SID
Sometimes, you may need to find an ID for an identity document bundle or address in your account. The system uses these IDs to make sure we have the right regulatory information for you.
A BU SID and an AD SID are identifiers linked to different parts of your account:
- BU SID – A unique identifier for an identity bundle in your account
- AD SID – A unique identifier for an address in your account
If you need to find a BU SID and/or an AD SID, just follow these steps:
- Log into the Console.
- Click on Phone Numbers and then on the Regulatory Compliance link.
- If you do not have the Phone Numbers option follow this guide for how to modify the product links in console.
- If you do not have the Phone Numbers option follow this guide for how to modify the product links in console.
- Click on the Bundles link. You’ll find the BU SID underneath each identity bundle.
- To find an AD SID, follow steps 1-2 for finding a BU SID, and then click on the Addresses link. You’ll find the AD SID underneath each address.
