too_many_code_verifications
The Twilio Authy too_many_code_verifications event is triggered when a rate limit is hit; the operation won't work until the rate limit is lifted.
too_many_code_verifications is an admin/user event, and is generated for Phone Verification, SoftToken, and OneTouch users.
