Getting Started with Flex

Provisioning a new Flex contact center

To get started with Flex, you will need to

  1. Create a Twilio account
  2. Create a new project and choose "Flex Contact Center" as the product
  3. Give your project a name
  4. Invite teammates (Optional)

After this, we will deploy a Flex Contact Center for you.

Once your contact center is live, you will have access to the Flex onboarding flow on flex.twilio.com.

Follow the steps of onboarding flow to complete your Flex installation. Once that is complete you are ready to receive your first call.

Customizing Flex

Flex available in two deployment models:

  • Hosted on Twilio at flex.twilio.com
  • Hosted on-premise (not available for trial accounts)

To customize Flex hosted on Twilio, check out our documentation on the Plugin Builder

To customize on-premise hosted Flex go to the Flex UI docs to get started with Flex programmability.
