This means that some features are not yet implemented and others may be changed before the product is declared as Generally Available. Public Beta products are not covered by a SLA.

The Flex SDK is not a HIPAA Eligible Service or PCI compliant and should not be used in workflows that are subject to HIPAA or PCI.

With the Flex SDK, you can integrate Flex's Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) functionalities into any application. Enrich your customer engagement ecosystem with Flex's comprehensive CCaaS features, ensuring a cohesive and enhanced experience without disrupting your current operating environment.

After you create a Flex instance, you can embed Flex features into any web application using the Flex SDK.

The Flex SDK provides enhanced methods, also known as actions, for out-of-the-box contact center orchestration. With the Flex SDK, you can use the same actions available in the Flex UI. Build your own custom agent experience in any app or enhance your own Software as a Service (SaaS) app with contact center features.

You can view a full list of methods and entities available.

The Flex SDK is a bundle of all the other Twilio SDKs required to build a contact center, including the TaskRouter, Voice, and Conversations SDKs.
