Sending New Emails via SendGrid For New Gravity Forms Submissions
If you want to send a new SendGrid email every time you receive a Gravity Form submission, you can do that using Zapier.
You will need:
- a Gravity Forms account
- a SendGrid account
- a Zapier account
To connect your Gravity Forms account to Zapier, install the Gravity Forms plugin with the Zapier add-on and create a form using Gravity Forms.

Linking your Gravity Forms to Twilio SendGrid requires an active Twilio SendGrid account.

To connect your accounts, open the Send new emails via Twilio SendGrid for new Gravity Forms submissions Zap, then follow these steps:
- Follow the directions on the first step of the Zap to connect your Gravity Forms account to Zapier.
- Choose your SendGrid account from the list of accounts, or connect a new account.
- To connect your Twilio SendGrid account to Zapier for the first time, enter your API key. If you have not created an API Key, go to the API Keys page in the Twilio SendGrid console.
- Using fields from Gravity Forms, create, and customize the To, From, and Subject email message that the Zap will send.

- Click Save + Finish.
Now test the Zap to make sure it works. Once you're satisfied with the results, new Gravity Forms submissions will automatically send a SendGrid email.
