Twilio is launching a new Console. Some screenshots on this page may show the Legacy Console and therefore may no longer be accurate. We are working to update all screenshots to reflect the new Console experience. Learn more about the new Console.
In just minutes, you can spin up a Twilio Flex contact center instance hosted by Twilio.

Before you can work with Flex, you'll need to sign up for a Twilio account or sign into your existing account. When you create a new Flex account, we'll automatically provision a new phone number for you which can accept voice calls and SMS.
- Once in the Console, navigate to the Flex product:
- Now, select 'Create My Flex Project':
- Give your new project a name and verify your phone number. Twilio will send a verification code to the number that you enter.
- Upon entering the verification code successfully, Flex will run through an initialization process to get your new account configured, and redirect you to the Agent Desktop view in the Flex UI.
And there you have it - a cloud-hosted contact center running on Twilio! And note, you can always get back to your instance by visiting https://flex.twilio.com.
