"Rick and Amazon helped invent cloud computing. AWS virtualized the traditional data center and made it available at scale to companies around the world. That same shift is happening in communications. Twilio is a game-changer in the communications space, and I'm looking forward to seeing what both Twilio and its customers will build next," said Dalzell.
