One way that our Women @ Twilio Employee Resource Group (inclusive of non-binary folks) chose to celebrate Women’s History Month was by highlighting the impact of some incredible Twilions who make our shared experience better with the work that they do.

Even as the current global crisis ramped up in recent weeks, dozens of nominations rolled in sharing stories of peers and leaders who we are extremely proud of and excited to celebrate.

Each work day this month we've featured the stories of one of these special individuals globally across various company-wide channels. Today, as Women’s History Month comes to a close, we’re excited to share some of these stories with you.

"Jessica is an amazing leader who manages Flex Engineering. She is a 'no shenanigans' human who drives the Flex team to deliver their best work, showing how she is 'an owner.'"

"Hannah is the heart and soul of our London office. She's fun, she's creative, and she's able to keep things on track. Her support for our diversity and inclusion events, her willingness to help in a pinch, and her no-shenanigans approach make her an example of Twilio Magic for all of us. We'd be lost without her hard work and attention to detail!"

She wields her influence to make the community of Twilio welcoming and the processes of our organization more effective for everyone. She creates, inspires, and brings the Twilio Magic to everything she works on."

Megan Speir

"Megan single handedly started and cultivated the Twilio Champions program - honoring and highlighting outstanding developers in the Twilio Community. She is a tireless supporter of both new and experienced developers and the Twilio community wouldn't exist without her almost 5 years of work on this mission. Her role at Twilio has evolved a lot in her time here and she has made such a profound impact on the developer network, the company, and the developer community."

Bronwyn Lait

"Bronwyn wears so many hats, from field marketing, owning relationships with her stakeholders, being creative and thinking outside of the box, and volunteering event planning skills to support community events. If Bronwyn is running an event or leading an initiative, you know it will be well planned, inclusive, and successful!"

Andréa Long

She's fierce, direct and highly respected. Outside of her role, MK has served as a role and mentor for many using her experiences both in and out of Twilio to help advise others on their career."
