Introducing The Expanded Twilio Partner Program

In August of 2011, TalkDesk was just an app Tiago Paiva (pictured right) built for our Twilio Client Competition. Tiago won the competition and flew from Portugal to San Francisco to the inaugural TwilioCon where he won yet another Twilio challenge, and earned a spot in Twilio Fund, backed by 500 Startups. Now, two years later, TalkDesk is a proud Twilio Partner delivering Call Center solutions to companies like Chevrolet, Mindvalley and SideCar.

Twilio Partners like TalkDesk are building communications solutions that empower their customers to succeed. Today, we’re happy to announce an expanded Partner Program that will give companies building B2B solutions more access to marketing, sales and technical resources to help them grow.

All partners will have access to new resources like:

  • Twilio Essentials: Webinars, FAQs, Twilio best practices and info on virtual office hours geared toward improving your experience building Twilio-powered solutions.
  • Business Resources: Curated to help you launch and grow your business. Find tools and tricks to help you improve upon your success.
  • Quarterly Newsletter: Communications to keep partners in the loop with product launches, new program resources and more

Since launching the Partner Program at TwilioCon in 2012, we’ve had hundreds of ISVs and SIs become Twilio Partners. Creating levels for Standard and Advanced Solution Partners as well as expanding our partner site will help us better serve and support the many different partners in our program based on their needs. For example, our Standard Solution Partners will now have better access to live technical support through the virtual office hours – the number one request we’ve heard from partners.
