Portable Numbers

  • Geographic (local) numbers 
  • Non-geographic (national) numbers (+43720)
  • Toll-Free Numbers (+43800)

Restrictions

  • Most of International Phone Numbers have Voice capability only, no SMS.
  • Austrian local numbers are often assigned in ranges. Some ranges may be assigned as a set of separate numbers, and some only as master numbers with extensions. Please check which set up you have before porting to make sure you know how many actual numbers you have.
  • Typically, conditions of service contracts limit porting opportunities. Check with your current provider if there are any timeframe restrictions on porting. It does occasionally happen, that the service contract does not allow immediate porting.
