Twilio congratulates the members of the U.S. House of Representatives on passage of the #StopBadRobocalls Act. Combined with other legislative efforts in Congress, the #StopBadRobocalls Act offers key elements that are critical for solving the robocalling challenge and maintains the best interests for all consumers. Primarily, that includes making sure calls that consumers do want aren’t accidentally blocked and calls that consumers do not want are stopped. We appreciate the efforts of the @EnergyCommerce Committee and leaders throughout the House for advancing towards the shared goal of stopping unwanted robocalls. We look forward to working with all involved to pass a law that will provide immediate and meaningful relief for consumers, business and organizations alike.
