Salesforce (Actions) General Availability

The Salesforce (Actions) destination, built on Destination Actions, is now generally available to all Segment users.

With this destination, customers can benefit from a number of improvements, including OAuth 2.0 support, granular control over what is sent to Salesforce (to help with those rate-limits!), and many quality-of-life improvements.
