A2P 10DLC campaign registration will require privacy policy and terms & conditions URLs starting June 30, 2026
Starting June 30, 2026, PrivacyPolicyUrl and TermsAndConditionsUrl will be required fields when registering a new A2P 10DLC campaign via the Twilio Messaging REST API. Campaign creation requests that don’t include both fields will be rejected during campaign review.
Privacy policy and terms and conditions URLs are part of how A2P 10DLC campaigns are vetted. Campaigns that include this information are more likely to pass review on the first submission. This change applies only to new campaign submissions made after June 30, 2026. Existing registered campaigns are not affected.
What do customers need to do?
Customers registering campaigns via the API need to update their POST /v1/Services/{MessagingServiceSid}/Compliance/Usa2p requests to include PrivacyPolicyUrl and TermsAndConditionsUrl before June 30, 2026. Both values must be valid, publicly accessible URLs.
