You can now filter your Twilio Health Score for Messaging by channel. Get deeper insight into channel-specific performance for SMS, MMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Apple Messages for Business, and Facebook Messenger, so you can track and proactively troubleshoot across channels.

Your Health Score benchmarks your messaging traffic against industry standards and rolls it up into a score of up to 100, built from five subscores: Sent Rate, Compliance, Fraud, Latency, and Engagement. Filter by channel to see which one needs improvement, then use the Top Issues and personalized recommendations for that channel to prioritize fixes and estimate their impact. You can still filter by account or subaccount, and the score refreshes daily with a 7-day view.
