Intelligent Alerts in the new Twilio Console

Intelligent Alerts is now available in the new Twilio Console, giving Messaging customers a more unified and consistent way to investigate anomalous events. This update includes improved alert summaries, the ability to provide feedback on alerts, and a dynamic set up notifications prompt when email alerts have not yet been configured.

Intelligent Alerts currently monitors selected messaging error codes and surfaces anomalous events to help customers identify and investigate potential issues faster. Improved alert summaries highlight the biggest issues, top impacted accounts, and top impacted carriers or routes, helping customers understand alert impact more quickly and troubleshoot with greater confidence.

Customers can also now provide feedback on alerts, creating a feedback loop that helps improve Intelligent Alerts over time. In addition, the notifications call-to-action now adapts based on configuration state, making it easier for customers who have not yet enabled email alerts to discover and set up proactive notifications.
