Intelligent Alerts for Twilio Messaging is now Generally Available
Intelligent Alerts is now GA for all Twilio Messaging customers sending SMS traffic. It uses anomaly detection to automatically monitor your messaging traffic for unusual spikes in selected error codes, helping you identify potential delivery issues faster.
With GA, you can now:
- Choose which error codes trigger alerts with error-specific notification preferences
- Get improved alerting for lower-volume accounts with enhanced detection logic
- Provide feedback directly from alert emails to help improve alert quality over time
Intelligent Alerts begins monitoring automatically, with no setup required. To receive proactive notifications when issues are detected, you’ll need to configure email alerts in Console.
Visit the Intelligent Alerts summary page in Twilio Console to review events identified on your account, or set up email alerts to be notified when new events are detected.
