Introducing Enhanced Branded Calling!
We’re excited to announce the launch of Enhanced Branded Calling in Private Beta. This new offering allows businesses to create a more trusted and recognizable voice experience by displaying branded elements such as the Brand logo and call reason on outbound calls.
Enhanced Branded Calling includes:
Brand Logo: Visually reinforce your brand identity by displaying your organization’s logo during outbound calls.
Brand Display Name: Make your calls instantly recognizable by showing your business name on outbound calls.
- Call Reason: Add context to your outbound calls with a call reason such as “Delivery Update” or “Appointment Reminder” (Not supported on Apple devices at the moment).
Enhanced Branded Calling is currently offered as a Private Beta in the U.S. through the Twilio Console. Customers using the existing Branded Calling offering will need to complete a new registration to access the Enhanced Branded Calling features.
