Voice Recording Storage billing updates
Twilio will begin migrating accounts to an updated Voice Recording Storage billing system.
On September 17th, 2026, Twilio will begin migrating accounts to an updated Voice Recording Storage billing system. There is no impact to Voice Recording Storage pricing; however, customers may see changes in their daily usage metrics available in the Console or via the Usage API due to improved accuracy.
