Advisory Services and Professional Services Packages

Customer will receive the Advisory Services Package or Professional Services Package (collectively, “Packages”) identified in the applicable Order Form, the applicable terms for which are set forth below. The applicable Package will be subject to the agreement between Customer and Twilio covering the provision of the services set forth in such applicable Package (“Agreement”). Any capitalized term used but not defined herein or in the applicable Package will have the meaning provided in the Agreement.
