The Excellence in Engagement Awards Program recognizes innovative organizations that are reimagining the way they engage with their customers.

We encourage Twilio customers, partners, and employees to submit organizations using Twilio and embodying one or more of the five award categories.

Finalists and Winners will be chosen and voted upon by a panel consisting of three members from Twilio’s leadership team. Finalists are notified early in the year and winners are announced at the end of April.

Yes. Organizations are welcome to enter into all five categories if they align with the criteria.

Winners will be announced via a press release and recognized on this page, as well as various social channels. Winners will also be recognized at SIGNAL and their story will be featured throughout the event.

Yes, we encourage nominations of companies across NAMER, EMEA, LATAM, and APJ.
