From May 2, 2022, for outbound calling to Singapore destinations, please use Twilio numbers as the caller ID (From number).

Making calls using non-Twilio phone numbers via the Verified Caller ID service will no longer be supported in alignment with the measures introduced by IMDA to strengthen protection against scams.

The call blocking is the Implementation of Measures to Address Spoofed Calls regulatory code which went into effect in 2020.

The caller ID for Level 3 numbers will be displayed in E.164 format unless the registered address for the number is an address within Singapore. The registered address is the address submitted to the Regulatory Compliance (RC) bundle during phone number provisioning.
