Branded Calling for Non-US Regions is Now in Public Beta
We are thrilled to announce that Branded Calling has officially entered Public Beta for our customers in Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
What is Branded Calling?
Branded Calling helps businesses build immediate trust and boost answer rates by displaying your business name on outbound calls to mobile devices. By providing context before the user even picks up, you can drive higher engagement and reduce the "Unknown Caller" fatigue.
Global Expansion: Supported Regions
We’ve expanded our footprint to include three major markets. You can now deliver a branded experience to your customers in:

Track Your Performance
Additionally, you can utilize the Trust & Engagement Insights dashboard and the companion Reports API to review the performance of your Branded Calling campaigns and analyze key deliverability metrics (such as answer rates and call completion).
How to Get Started
Customers now receive a self-service console experience to onboard for Branded Calling. You can begin the onboarding process today:
Submit your Bundle: Head over to the Twilio Console to submit your Branded Calling bundle.
