Recommendations fall into two main types:
Product recommendations suggest Twilio features that may be a good fit based on how you’re using messaging—for example, turning on SMS Pumping Protection or adopting Verify to improve trust and security.
Solution recommendations focus on proven best practices across your traffic—for example, helping you address an A2P registration issue that could be affecting your deliverability.
Each recommendation includes helpful context and an estimated impact so you can quickly understand what to update and why it matters. Recommendations refresh daily alongside your Health Score for Messaging, so your guidance always reflects your latest traffic.
