Portable Numbers	Toll-Free numbers (+81800, +81120)
Restrictions	Most of International Phone Numbers have Voice capability only, no SMS. Porting supported from following providers NTT Communications NTT East / NTT West KDDI Rakuten Communications Original physical LOA will need to be posted to Twilio's carrier provider, once port has been approved.
Required Information	Letter of Authorization (LOA) signed and stamped by the end user. Applicable regulatory compliance documentation
Timeframe	3-4 weeks after documentation/information submission, depending on the complexity of the port and time required by the current service provider.
Regulatory Bodies	Telecommunications technology and system division at Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (https://www.soumu.go.jp)
