Twilio Welcomes Vivian Jones as Regional Vice President of LATAM


Jones brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT and payment sector, and will lead Twilio’s presence in the Latin American market

Twilio, the customer engagement platform that delivers personalized, real-time experiences for today's leading brands, has announced that Vivian Jones will be its regional vice president of Twilio for LATAM. Jones will lead Twilio’s strategy, operations and growth in the Latin American region focusing on major markets in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico. 

Jones has more than 25 years of experience in the IT and payment sector, most recently serving as the LATAM VP at Infobip. Jones holds an Executive MBA from Westfield Business School and several certifications in Big Data, Machine Learning and the fintech market. "I am passionate about enabling businesses to leverage the power of data, analytics and, now, AI to create more value for their end customers,” said Vivian Jones. “We’re in the midst of a new opportunity with AI in customer engagement. I believe strongly that Twilio is offering the right solutions to meet today’s companies needs. I look forward to leading the LATAM region into this next phase of growth.”
