Restrictions
  • Most of International Phone Numbers have VOICE capability only, no SMS.
  • Documentation for porting request must be in Spanish. You can use English translations from our FAQ for guidance.
  • For Geo (Local) numbers we support limited locality range. If your number is from a different locality you can reach out to porting@twilio.com to confirm if it is portable. We do support major localities like:
    • +52 55 (Mexico city)
    • +52 664 (Tijuana)
    • +52 222 (Puebla)
    • +52 33 (Guadalajara)
    • +52 477 (León)
    • +52 656 (Juárez)
    • +52 81 (Monterrey)
