Expanding the Twilio AI Certification Program

The Twilio AI Certification Program, first launched in March 2025, marked a new milestone in our ecosystem strategy—designed to equip partners to deliver real customer outcomes with Twilio AI.

Today, we’re proud to announce the program’s expansion, with a growing cohort of partners who have successfully completed the certification process. 

This certification goes beyond product training. Twilio AI Certified partners have:

• Completed deep technical enablement with Twilio Product teams
  

• Built real-world proof-of-concepts using ConversationRelay and Conversational Intelligence
  

• Undergone joint evaluations by Twilio Product and Partner teams
  

• Earned final approval based on technical strength and GTM readiness

The result: partners who can lead AI Agent initiatives from day one, bringing validated expertise and deployable solutions to customer engagements.

Following our initial Spring cohort, the Twilio AI Certification Program has expanded significantly. What began with a handful of participants has now expanded into a broader set of partners spanning multiple regions.

This expanded group brings deeper technical capabilities, broader industry experience, and greater regional coverage to help customers wherever they are on their AI journey.
