Email Insights is now Generally Available

Email Insights gives senders near real-time visibility into deliverability and engagement through three prebuilt dashboards: Overview, Delivery Errors, and Audience Health. Filter by domain, IP pool, template, category and more, then drill into message-level detail in Email Logs. Included at no additional cost in both the Twilio Console and the SendGrid Console, with about two months of history at launch, starting August 20, 2026, and growing over time. Your existing Stats pages and APIs are unchanged.
