Twilio Expands Global Operations - Opens Newest Office in Estonia

Tallinn, Estonia - Twilio, the software and cloud-based communications platform, today announced the opening of its newest location in Tallinn, Estonia. The new office is focused on research and development, technical operations and support of Twilio’s growing global customer base. In addition to its headquarters in San Francisco, Twilio maintains offices in Mountain View, California as well as New York, London, and Berlin.
